Starbrite Deep Blue 2 oz
Deep Blue is a true solid concentrated color that is good for tinting blacks or washing out for water effects. Mix with deep green to get a nice turquoise, tint with white for lighter blues, it’s an all around great color. Use with other blues to create contrast and smooth gradients.
